Returns & withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. This applies to vintage pieces, Whisper Wear pieces, and shirts that carry our own designs.

To cancel, email me at support@whisperwearcreations.com within 14 days of delivery. You don't need to give a reason. Return the item in the condition you received it, and once it's back with me I'll refund you within 14 days. You cover the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.

Damaged or faulty items

If something arrives damaged or there's a quality issue, tell me within 14 days. Send your order number and a photo of the problem, and I'll sort it out — a replacement or a full refund, whichever fits. For vintage pieces, remember that honest wear is part of what they are; I describe the condition of each piece as accurately as I can, so you know what you're getting before it ships.

Personalised items

If you add your own text, name, or design to a product, that piece is made uniquely for you and can't be returned for a change of mind — it's yours alone, and no one else can wear it. This is the one exception to the 14-day right above. It never affects your rights if a personalised item arrives damaged or faulty: in that case, the same rule applies and I'll replace or refund it.
